Welcome to the Q Boot Camp Fitness Challenge

Since March of 2008 Quoizel has had an in house personal trainer, Brent Thacker, working with employees. The program proved to be a huge success and is bigger and better then ever expected. Each week numerous one on one, small group and large group training sessions are conducted as well as nurition seminars, giving our employees the tools needed to obtain and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Our employees made huge strides physically, mentally, emotionally, and professionally. With over 25% of the employees in our South Carolina facility participating, we decided to step it up a notch and challenge them.

This blog will allow them to post food logs, it will offer additional resources, display the challenge standings, and much more.
